OUR STORY
What We’re All About
St James' Road Pre-school adheres to a holistic approach of early childhood education. When we expose children to different environments and various learning experiences, we allow them to explore their self-awareness and gain a sense of the world around them. Once they leave our Nursery School, they’re fully prepared for the next stage of their young lives.

We work 38 weeks of the year (term time only)

Implementation
We implement our mission statement by staying to our core values, of creating independent learners through evidence-based research, where staff and the nursery are held accountable and transparent in our processes for parents, children and staff. We have a whole team approach to the learning where staff interact and build relationships with all children through the implementation of a stimulating environment and strong continuous professional development for staff

Impact
The impact that we have seen is independent school-ready learners with all childrens needs met and developed at appropriate levels and times, which adhere to our curriculum and the EYFS. All children will have opportunities to access a wide range of activities resources and experiences both internally and externally of the nursery setting, which will help develop their interests and will encourage children to attempt new activities with the confidence found at our nursery
